Martin (Bridie) Burke

The death has occurred of Martin (Bridie) BURKE, Sarto Park, Naas, Kildare

Burke (Sarto Park, Naas) – June 10, 2025, (after a short illness), at Naas General Hospital, Martin (Bridie), beloved husband of the late Bridget and dear father of Martin, David, Mark, Sharon, Carol, Annette, Robert and Stephen.

Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Thursday from 3pm to 7pm with prayers at 6.30pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas W91 VY71.

Removal on Friday leaving Sarto Park at 9:30am to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10am Mass.

Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery. Enquiries to Murphy Brothers Funeral Directors Church Lane, Naas Ph: 045 897397.

The death has occurred of Anne Fitzsimons (née Grey), Naas, Kildare / Louisburgh, Mayo.

Anne Fitzsimons née Grey Naas, Co. Kildare, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo. 11th June 2025.

Died after a long illness fought with dignity and courage.

Beloved and adoring mother of Bridget and Eithne. Sadly missed by her daughters, their father Jim, her siblings Una, Richard, Shay, Sean & Mary, her carer Celia, and extended family & friends.

May she rest in peace and love.

Please join us for her funeral at Mount Jerome Crematorium on Monday 16 June at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel. There will be no wake beforehand, or event following the funeral.

Jordan McGrath

The death has occurred of Jordan McGrath, The Hall, Curragh Grange, Newbridge, Kildare.

Jordan McGrath, The Hall, Curragh Grange, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Unexpectedly following an accident.

Jordan will be forever missed and always loved by his Mam and Dad, Barbara and Darren, his loving sister Nicole, brother Pierce, his beloved girlfriend and soulmate Alisha and brother-in-law Paddy.

He will also be missed by his Nan and Grandad Pat and Maureen and all of his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

It’s not good bye our beautiful Jordy, it’s see you later.

Your smile shone so brightly in our lives and will forever burn brightly in our hearts.

Reposing at his family home on Friday (13th June) from 3pm with rosary at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Saturday morning to arrive at St. Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for 11am requiem mass.

Burial afterwards in St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to "Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust". Donations can be made online through the link below.

Teresa Brown (née Jordan)

The death has occurred of Teresa Brown (née Jordan).

Late of Clonsast, Rathangan, Offaly / Rathangan, Kildare / Dublin.

Teresa Brown Clonsast Rathangan Offaly/Kildare and formerly of Dublin.

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home Portlaoise. Predeceased by her husband Christopher, sons David and Killian (recently deceased) and grandson Shane.

Sadly missed by her loving sons Chris, Gerry, Phillip, Adrian, Ronan and Jonathan, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Friday evening 13th June from 6pm until 8pm.

A Service Of Thanksgiving will take place in Maher's Chapel of Rest Portarlington on Saturday 14th June at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St Brochans Cemetery Bracknagh County Offaly.

The death has occurred of Kieran (Darby) Cummins, Church Hill, Dunlavin, Wicklow / Moone, Kildare. Formerly of Moone.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and George, brothers George Jnr, Sean and Bob, sisters Breda and Maura.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary and her two sons Patrick and David, his daughter Sharon, son-in-law Robert, grandchildren Roisin, Jack Bronagh, Amy, Ava, Kobie, great-grandchild Romi, brothers Seamus and Michael, sisters-in-law Thersea and Carmel, All his nieces and nephews, extended family and Friends

Reposing in Dunne's Funeral Home (Eircode R14X317), Mill Road, Castledermot, Co. Kildare on Wednesday from 2pm concluding with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Thursday morning at 10:30am to The Church Of The Most Holy Trinity, Moone arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Followed by Burial in the adjoining cemetery.
