Burial afterwards in St. Michael's New Cemetery, Athy.

Anne will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband and best friend Sean, sister Rosaleen, sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennons Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge on Friday (October 23) from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm.
Removal on Saturday morning to arrive at The Carmelite Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by cremation service at Newlands Cross Crematorium at 1pm.

The death has occurred of Alice WALSH (née Matthews), Carlow Town, Carlow / Clondalkin, Dublin / Leixlip, Kildare.
Alice Walsh (née Matthews) of 1 St Mary’s Court, Rathnapish, Carlow and formerly of Leixlip, Co Kildare and Clondalkin, Co Dublin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on October 21 2026, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
Beloved wife of Pascal, much loved mother of Becky and Sarah, adored grandmother of Isabella and Joey, cherished sister of Helen, Elizabeth, Win, Myles, Niall and Sarah and treasured daughter of the late Myles and Annie.
Pre-deceased by her step mother Patricia.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-law Alan, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncle Dermot, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Alice will repose at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Friday, October 23rd from 5pm until 7pm that evening.
Cremation Service will take place in Carpenter Bros Cremation Chapel, Shamrock Sq, Carlow at 11am on Saturday morning.
