One way traffic all the way

While Odhran Conaty got the opening point of the game, Naas quickly replied when Charlie Sheridan got in behind the defence before batting to the net.

Darragh Kirwan got his first after a fine solo and strike.

Oisin Conath pointed for Celbridge but there was no stopping Naas as they added five points, Alan Goss replying as the champions led 1-6 to 0-3 midway through.

Gerry Keegan got his first of the day but there was no stopping Naas who added 1-2, the goal a lovely finish by Charlie Sheridan again.

James Dolan got one back for Celbridge but it was all Naas as added another goal from James Burke followed by another five points to lead at the break 3-14 to 0-5.

The second was even more convincing as Naas held their opponents to a single points while adding no less than 2-17 with goals from Jack Sheridan and Michael Purcell.

It was one way traffic and when you consider that after the game the entire Naas squad went through a running session as Celbridge were heading home.
