Ryan Burke during the AIB Leinster Club IFC Semi-Final v Fethard St Mogue's earlier this year
Crossmolina Deel Rovers 1-12
Caragh 0-6
Mayo champions Crossmolina Deel Rovers had too much for Caragh in their All-Ireland Intermediate Football Championship Semi-Final clash.
Caragh kept pace early on as the game sat at 0-2 each after 12 minutes. A penalty awarded for handling the ball on the ground in the box from a Caragh man would change this game entirely. Conor Loftus buried the spot kick and Crossmolina kicked on from there.
The sides entered the break at 1-4 to 0-4 with the Mayo champs visibly the better side.
They showed that dominance after half-time with six points without reply to kill this game off.
Caragh’s season comes to an end against a brilliant side.
