Caragh full back Matthew McNally drives up field to set up an attack despite the chasing Ryan Owens of Meath Hill during the AIB Leinster Club Championship game
Kildare intermediate football champions, Caragh, advanced to Round 2 of the AIB Leinster Intermediate Club Championship with a fully deserved five point win over their Meath counterparts, Meath Hill, at Manguard Park, Hawkfield, this afternoon.

The sides were level mid-way through before Caragh took the lead with the point of the day from Rian Burke and it was a lead Caragh never lost in fact Meath Hill failed to score for the remainder of the game. Daragh Swords was the winner's top scorer with a total of seven points, five of them frees.
