Laois knock Kildare out Leinster Minor Hurling Championship with second half surge
Leinster Minor Hurling Championship Preliminary Quarter-Final
Laois 4-15
Kildare 2-13
Kildare were knocked out of this year's Leinster Minor Hurling Championship by Laois. The sides were level at the break but two minutes of madness saw Kildare concede three goals between the 42nd and 44th minute. The disastrous spell undid all the previous good work done by the side in a game they were very much in.
It's disappointment Adrian Kinsella and his team but this was a good performance in large parts for Kildare, leaving aside the couple of minutes that did the damage. Plenty to learn from as this group moves forward.
