Noel Brady – Mile Mill, residing at Norwood, Boston, U.S.A., Kilcullen, Kildare

December 7 2017. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ellie, son Patrick, his parents John and Anna-May, brother James, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts Marie, Phyllis and Helen, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and his many friends. Reposing at his Parents John and Anna-May's Family home, Mile Mill, Kilcullen on Wednesday December 13 with prayers at 8.00pm. Removal from there on Thursday morning December 14 at 10.15am to The Church Of The Sacred Heart and St Brigid, Kilcullen arriving for 11.00am Requiem Mass via Knockbounce and Lough Wee. Burial thereafter in St Brigid's Cemetery, Kilcullen. Donations, if desired, to St Brigids Hospice, The Curragh. Donation box in Church.


Patrick Devane – Silken Vale, Maynooth / Ballyferriter, Kerry

December 11 2017, peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, beloved father of the late Richard, deeply regretted by his loving wife Hester, son Bernard, daughter in law Charlotte, grandchildren Ben, Deana, Sophie, Henry and Emily, brother Sean, sisters in law, brother in law, nieces, nephew, relatives and friends. Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster Street, Maynooth on Tuesday December 12 from 6-8pm with prayers at 7pm. Reposing at O'Connor's Funeral Home, Dingle, Co Kerry on Wednesday December 13 from 4-6pm. Remains to arrive at Ballyferriter Church on Thursday December 14 for 11.30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Keelmalkeadar Cemetery.


Bernadette (Bernie) Starken (née Raleigh) – Naas / Mullingar, Westmeath

December 10 2017, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, at home, Bernadette (Bernie), beloved wife of Hal and dear mother of Pauline, Kevin, Anne, Gillian, Colin, Damien, Debbie and Brian; Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, brother Tony, sisters Mary and Tess, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, twelve grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family in New York and friends. Reposing at her home on Tuesday December 12 from 3.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Wednesday December 13 to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10.00am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
