First up is one is the choir's guitarist Pud Barrett who was born and raised in Newbridge. "I'm a member since the very beginning....I've been playing music all my life.....here everyday is a learning day and it's nice to make new friends....we're a friendly bunch".

2.
Next is Adeline Molloy who is based in Naas Co. Kildare but originally from County Donegal. Adeline joined the group five years ago just before the Covid-19 pandemic started when the group had to do their choir practices on Zoom at the time. "I love music.....I can't explain everything that it means to me....when I joined this choir I was a very different person.....the choir brings so much....from friendships to camaraderie to support.....I love it. "I would advise anybody genuinely to join a choir....I love every moment of it".

3.
Ann Lanigan is another Newbridge local who joined the choir two months after it first started back at the end of 2011. "I wanted to do something just for me....I liked singing as well so I said I'd join the group. The best part has been meeting lots of people....it's a very very joyful place to be...when you come down here and spend a couple of hours you don't think about anything else....you forget everything "It's so inclusive and it's a happy place....it's like a second family....my favourite thing coming up now is the family mass on Christmas Eve in the Parish Church".

4.
Brenda Walsh is from The Oaks in Newbridge and is another dedicated member since the very beginning. "My girls had got older so I had some time to myself for a change and my friend said did I want to go because we used to sing in the school shows... "The first week or two we weren't sure about it....it was more kind of like a folk group but then the third week we were nearly going to leave and then Lisa arrived... "Then it was gospel so we stayed and we are there ever since...now you come in here on a Monday and no matter how sad or bad humoured you are you leave in good humour... "We're like a little community....we've been through everything....people have had sicknesses here, we've had a few cancers...we've had one or two people die.....we're always all there for each other".
