Newbridge native Conor McCabe is the escort for Texas Rose Sara Costa
A Kildare man is busy working as an escort at this year's Rose of Tralee festival.
Conor is currently a student in 3rd Year in IADT Dublin studying Arts Management.
He is also a secretary in Newbridge YTDC as well as a steward in Aviva Stadium!
He said: "I love to keep busy! Looking forward to the week ahead with our Texas Rose Sarah."
Sara Costa hit the headlines last week after she revealed she survived thyroid cancer after being diagnosed as an 18 year old.
"I was diagnosed when I was 18 years old. I had no reason to think that anything was wrong. I got the biopsy back, found out it was cancer," she told RTÉ Entertainment.
"It was really shocking, it was really difficult. But I am who I am today because of that difficult experience. So I have nothing but thankfulness to be on this side of it."
