Kildare County Council (KCC) has announce both emergency road and water works for two regions in Kildare.
Due to contractors hitting the watermain at Newcastle, repairs will be carried out this evening from 4.30pm until midnight, KCC said.
Areas without water supply will be Newcastle, Hazelhatch Road and Ardclough Road Celbridge.
KCC also said that emergency road repair works will be carried out on the L3008 into the Curragh Camp.
A road closure will be in place on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Diversion routes will be in place and will be clearly signposted.
KCC added: "Your co-operation is appreciated, and any inconvenience caused is regretted."
