The rain will be heaviest in eastern and southern coastal counties, with poor driving conditions at times. Drier weather with scattered showers will develop in Atlantic coastal counties later. Cold and breezy, afternoon temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees, and feeling cooler in the moderate to fresh and gusty northeasterly wind.
There'll be showery rain overnight, mainly in northern and eastern coastal areas. Lowest temperatures 4 to 6 degrees, in moderate northeasterly breezes.
