Overcrowding at Naas Hospital today

Naas General Hospital

There is  considerable overcrowding at Naas General Hospital today. A total of 30 patients have been admitted through the hospital's accident and emergency department.

This means that Naas is the second worst overcrowded hospital in eastern region. Only Beaumont Hospital, which has 42 patients on trolleys, is more overcrowded.

There are 7 patients on trolleys at Portlaoise Hospital and the figure for Tullamore Hospital is 20.
