Overcrowding eases at Naas General Hospital today

Overcrowding has eased significantly at Naas General Hospital, where six patients are on trolleys today.

On Thursday last there were 36 patients on trolleys there, making it one of the worst overcrowded hospitals in Ireland.

There are 14 patients on trolleys at Portlaoise hospital and the figure for Tullamore Hospital is 22.
