The world’s most famous living explorer is coming to Kildare. Named by the Guinness Book of Records as ‘the world’s greatest living explorer’, Sir Ranulph Fiennes has many record-breaking achievements. He was the first to reach both poles (North & South), the first to cross the Antarctic and the Arctic Ocean, and the first to circumnavigate the world along it’s polar axis. He undertook the ultimate endurance test in 2003, completing seven marathons in seven days, in seven different continents – only four months after suffering a heart attack.
Ranulph will discuss some of life’s most important skills such as leadership, teamwork, determination and most of all – self-belief.
It’s being organised by County Kildare Chamber.
