A Kilcullen housing area needs €150,000 worth of repairs before it can be taken in charge.
Cllr. Anne Breen was told at a Naas Municipal District meeting that there are ongoing issues with the foul and surface water system. And as a result a CCTV examination has been carried out.
Cllr Breen wanted to know when the Cnoc na Gréine estate would be taken in charge by the council, which means the council or Irish Water would be responsible for infrastructural issues.
KCC said that a tender package is currently being compiled to get the work done. It is liaising with Irish Water to have the estate taken in charge.
