Naas gardai investigating incident of road rage on N7 where driver was punched

Gardaí in Naas are appealing for information on an incident of road rage that took place on the M7 last week.

On Wednesday September 5, at around 11:45am, gardaí say a car was boxed in by a truck. It is reported that there were some beeping and hand gestures exchanged between the car and truck.

The driver of the car pulled into the former Topaz petrol station, now Circle K. The truck driver followed, got out and punched the driver of the car.

The driver suffered brusing to the face.

The driver of the white articulated lorry left the scene.
