There are nine patients on trolleys at Naas Hospital today, which is less than every other hospital in the eastern region. 

The most overcrowded hospital in the region is St. Vincent's in Dublin, where 20 patients are on trolleys.

There are 20 patients on trolleys at Portlaoise Hospital and 27 at Tullamore Hospital.
