Kildare based estate agent, Lorraine Mulligan, continues to pull in the awards from Remax.

She and her group, Celbridge’s Main Street, recently celebrated, with coffee and cake, the news that its all-female team has won Office of the Year among the Remax community.

Co-owner, Lorraine, was named Agent of the Year at the annual RE/MAX Awards.

Lorraine is now Remax’s top agent in Ireland for the twelfth year in a row.

Her office said it is one of its top ten agents out of 115,000 worldwide.

Lorraine established in 2002 with fellow director Lesley Kennedy and they now employ seven full-time and part-time staff at their branches in Celbridge and Lucan.

Lorraine Mulligan said: “It’s a fantastic result and Lesley and I couldn’t be prouder of our team. We’re all working mums supporting our families and when the recession hit, we saw a lot of competitors go part-time or even close down. But I said to the team that someone has to do this, so let’s step up and go for it and that’s exactly what we did.”

John Fogarty, managing director, Remax Ireland, said he has always been impressed by Lorraine’s passion for selling and genuine care and attention to every detail, going above and beyond the norm. “We are so proud to have her on the Remax Ireland Team!"

Lorraine was also presented with the Chairman’s Club International Certificate of Achievement for 2017. She was elected to the Remax International Hall of Fame in 2009 and won the Remax Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.
