Kildare village hosting conference on 1916-18 period

Ardclough Village Centre

 A special look into the revolutionary history of Ardclough will take place at the Ardclough Village Centre on Thursday, April 5, coming.

The title for the evening, “Who Fears to Speak,” will involve conversation with Ardclough families and their connections with the years of revolution from 1916-18.

Participants on night include Padraig Ashe, Deirdre Lawlor and Sean Harris.

The public is welcome so anyone who wishes to join the conversation, which will be moderated by historian and journalist, Eoghan Corry, can go along.

The event starts at 8.00 pm.
