Naas General Hospital

Patients are being advised to stay away from Naas Hospital again.

There are 35 patients on trolleys there today – which is higher than any other hospital in the eastern region, including the major Dublin hospitals. There are a dozen patients on trolleys at Portlaoise Hospital today and 14 at Tullamore Hospital.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says that there 500 patinets on hospital trolleys across Irelad today and the worst overcrowding being experienced in hopsitals in Limerick, Kilkenny and Galway.
