Kildare businesses targeted by thieves during Storm Emma

There were a number of businesses targeted in the midst of Storm Emma last week.

In the early hours of Friday morning March 2, a front window in Centra on the Monread road was smashed at approximately 5am.

A significant amount of cigarettes and alcohol was stolen.

Gardaí in Leixlip are appealing for information on a burglary at Tesco Express in the Primrose Gate estate Celbridge on Monday March 5 last.

A front window was smashed and a significant amount of cash and cigarettes were stolen.

Quinns of Athy was also targeted during the storm.

On Thursday March 1, between the hours of 1-8:30am, 12 copper cylinders were stolen.
