Seventeen patients are being treated on trolleys at Naas Hospital today – five less that St. Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin, where overcrowding is worst of any major hospital in Dublin or Kildare.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says that St. James’s Hospital is the least overcrowded today with 7 patients on trolleys.

There are 13 patients on trolleys at Portlaoise Hospital and 7 at Tullamore Hospital.
