Georgina O'Sullivan, owner of the Ballymore Inn, which features in this year's Michelin 'Eating Out In Pubs' guide
Three Kildare pubs are listed in the latest edition of the Michelin ‘Eating Out In Pubs’ Guide for 2017.
Harte’s in Kildare town, the Ballymore Inn in Ballymore Eustace and Fallon’s in Kilcullen are listed in the prestigious dining bible.
The trio have all retained their listings, having been featured previously.
They join some 22 other pubs from the Republic of Ireland and seven from the North, along with over 500 places across England, Scotland and Wales.
Kildare is one of this country’s top casual dining destinations, according to the guide – only Down, Cork and Clare feature more establishments.
Capital city Dublin and tourist favourite Galway feature only twice each.
The guide costs €15.99 and is available in bookshops.
