Spooky Sunday in Kildare town
Free movie screenings, popcorn and candy floss

There might be a few witches lurking in the square in Kildare town this weekend
It will be a seriously “Spooky Sunday” in Kildare town this weekend, with scary movie screenings on a giant screen in the square and a lantern walk for the mini ghosts and ghouls.
The children’s lantern walk begins from Boyles at 4.30pm. Adding to the Halloween atmosphere, Vicky Barry’s dancers will put on a Thriller themed performance, while a roving camera will capture the action on the big screen. There will also be prizes for the scariest outfits.
A movie appropriate for the younger children will be screened first followed by a scarier film for older viewers after 8pm. There will also be candy floss and popcorn stalls.
This free event is being organised by a local committee and is supported by Kildare County Council. All welcome.
