The plans were submitted on December 22 with a decision due by February 24.

The changes relate to the reconfigured Unit 36 and comprise internal alterations to facilitate the restaurant fit-out consisting of waiting area, kitchen, serving area, dining areas, freezer, cold and dry stores and disabled toilet.
