Man is threatening to burn his mother's house, Kildare court hears

The woman said the gardaí had been at the house
Naas District Court was told that a man is threatening to burn his mother’s home.
The woman made the claim at a family law hearing.
She said he has broken the home with damage to a television and a door.
She further alleged that the man, aged in his 20s, “won’t leave the house.”
She also claimed that the gardaí had been out to the address.
Judge Desmond Zaidan told the woman that because the son is over 18 years of age he has no right to be in the house, unless he is invited and this can be withdrawn.
He granted her an interim protection order and adjourned the case for a fuller hearing.
The son was not present or represented.
