Some 377 homes will be built this year, according to the county council
Kildare County Council says it is working to “facilitate increased housing delivery.”
KCC official Annette Aspell told a KCC meeting that approved housing bodies (AHB) delivered 114 turnkey new homes in 2025, with the support of KCC.
To date in 2026, 107 units have been delivered, with a further 270 units anticipated to be completed by year-end “reflecting a significant contribution to housing delivery across the county.”
MS Aspell also said KCC will continue to work closely with AHBs, providing ongoing assistance and support to strengthen these partnerships.
