On June 17, 11 cyclists from Naas Cycling Club will attempt to cycle from Ireland's most southerly point Mizen Head to the most northerly point, Malin Head nonstop in 24 hours.
The route is 570 km over some of the country's most challenging roads and they are trying to raise €20,000 for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation along the way.
Already they have generated €16,300 via www.justgiving.com
The group have, since January, completed 75,000km training for the challenge.
