A man kicked a garda car and threatened two gardaí, it was alleged at a Naas court.
The man was before the court on an allegation of breaching family law legislation on December 6.
Sgt Mary Meade told Naas District Court that the gardaí called to an address to “do a bail check” at 12.15am.
She added the defendant was intoxicated and became abusive, telling the gardaí they would not be around for much longer, “you will be got” and “you’re on my list.”
He also kicked a patrol car.
Defending solicitor Tim Kennelly said the defendant had been going through a very tough time in relation to his family.
The case was adjourned by Judge Desmond Zaidan.
