Special flag to be flown at public buildings in Kildare this week

Kildare county councillors have supported a call for the County Kildare Access Network flag to be flown in specific agreed locations for Kildare Disability Week (November 30 to until December 7) to incorporate International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The request was made by Cllr Bernard Caldwell at a Kildare County Council meeting.

KCC has indicated that it can facilitate the flying of flags at Aras Chill Dara, Newbridge town hall and libraries in the county (where flag poles are in place).
