An investigation has been launched by gardaí based in Kildare town after a vehicle was set on fire.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about this incident, a garda spokesperson responded: "Gardaí responded to the scene of an alleged incident of criminal damage by fire of a vehicle in Kildare town on September 9, 2025.
"This occurred at approximately 12am."
The spokesperson added: "Enquires are ongoing."
