Changes are being sought for a previously approved residential development located in County Kildare.
A planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council shows that Lodgepark Investments Limited intends to make the modifications to a previously approved development (Kildare County Council Ref. 2460374) at Craddockstown Court, Naas East, Naas.
This new application would see the addition of two extra apartments to the previously approved 14 apartments.
These apartments would consist of one additional one-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and one additional one bedroom apartment on third floor.
In addition, the company is seeking permission for: associated alterations to the previously approved facades and roof; the addition of two parking spaces to previously approved 16 parking spaces; and associated site works.
The date received on the application is listed as August 6 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as September 9, 2025 and September 30, 2025.
According to the business information website SoloCheck.ie, Lodgepark Investments Ltd was established back in April of this year.
It specialises in the 'development of building projects' and has a registered address listed as The Courtyard, Woodsway, Clane, Kildare (W91 E2YY).
