An €868k planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for eight houses in Kildare Town.
According to Construction Information Services, the planning application – submitted on July 28 – is for a new development at Chapel Lane, Kildare, Co Kildare.
The plans (planning reference 2560852) comprise of the construction of two blocks of 2 x 2 bed semi-detached dormer type houses (total four houses) with connection to foul sewer and all associated works.

The proposed site, which is on a site area of 0.1ha, is directly adjacent to a protected structure recorded under Protected Structure Record Number B22-21 no. 19 Fairview Cottages, Kildare, Co. Kildare on the record of protected structures.
The architect for the proposed development is Adrian Donoghue Design Studio.
