Major news as Dublin developer gets OK to build dozens of apartments in Kildare

Plans have been approved for a total of 48 own hall door apartments in Kildare town. 

The homes will be located at Oak Church, Dunmurry Road in the Bishopsland area. 
The estimated construction value of the project is €10m, according to Building Information Ireland database. 
The total overall gross floor area is over 4,500 square metres. 
The development will also include car parking, bin and bicycle stores and public / communal open spaces.
The developers are Eurkon (Kildare) Ltd which have an address in Harold's Cross in Dublin.
