€13m residential development given go ahead for this Kildare town

A €13m residential development has been approved for Celbridge, Kildare.

The address of the development, which consists of 61 residential homes, is Oldtown, Celbridge W23 KH6P, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), O'Flynn Construction were approved for the plans (planning application number 2460371.)

The development consists of the following: 61 residential homes (comprising a mix of one-bedroom duplex/apartment units, two-bedroom houses and three-bedroom houses) and a creche.

All associated ancillary site development works are also included, including vehicular access, drainage, services, footpaths, cycle path, lighting, landscaping and amenity areas, bicycle and car parking.

One existing entrance into the Oldtown Woods estate from Oldtown Road (as permitted under ABP -303295-18) is to be removed and a new entrance from Oldtown road provided.

The architect for the project is Hogan Associates.
