Woman tells Kildare court she was living in a shed

A woman told Naas District Court that was living in a shed for a period.

The woman, aged in her 20s, came to the court seeking a restraining order against her father, who was not present or represented.

She claimed before the court that he had kicked her out when she was a teenager and she lived with a relative for a time and also in a shed.

The woman further claimed that her parents are separated but they live together.

Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the matter to July 30 for a fuller hearing. He said the father should be written to and asked to attend court.
