New doctor's surgery in Kildare
Planning permission has been granted to convert a bank into a doctor's surgery in North Kildare.
Approval was granted for the development on the main street of Maynooth.
The 190 square metre development has an estimated construction value of over €500,000.Permission was sought for the change of use of the existing ground floor from a bank to a doctors surgery.
The designs include the change of use of the first floor from vacant office into a one bedroom apartment.
A rear balcony will also be constructed at first floor level.
Changes to the existing front fascade will include new door and windows.
