Planning permission has been granted for a €5.1m residential development in Maynooth, Co Kildare.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on 15/5/2025 to Randelswood Holdings Limited for the construction of 18 residential units at Doctor's Lane, Maynooth W23 N6X5.
The plans consist of one two-bed, three-storey house; 10 two-bed with study three-storey terraced houses; and seven three-bed three-storey terraced houses.
All properties are to be provided with private gardens and balconies/terraces.
There will also be bin and bicycle stores; car parking; new vehicular access on Doctor's Lane; landscaping; boundary treatments including works to existing bourndary treatments; public lighting; and all associated site infrastructure and engineering works.
The plans involve the decommissioning and removal of the existing soakaway system serving no. 8 Main Street and replacement with a new suds system.
A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and is submitted to the planning authority with the application.
The architect in charge of the project is Downey Architecture And Planning.
