Man attempted to bite his partner, Kildare court told

A man attempted to bite his partner, it was claimed at Naas District Court.

A woman made the claim as she sought protection under family law legislation.

She alleged he has abused her and assaulted her and “he went to bite me.”

The woman also said that he had bitten her three months previously.

Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to June 24.
