A total of 14 apartment are planned between Naas and Sallins in Co Kildare.
The proposed development which has an estimated construction value of €3m is earmarked for a site at Old Bridge Station and Station Way, Osberstown.
One three-storey block will accommodate 7 two-bed ground floor apartments, with 7 three-bed duplex units at 1st and 2nd floors.
There will also be access off Oldbridge Station as well as car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments, bin storage and bike storage.
