As the old saying goes, only three things are guaranteed in life: birth, death and taxes.

While we have no control over the first two aspects of life, we can at least learn how to navigate the world of taxes.

Fortunately, for those based in Kildare with an interest in managing their taxes and bookkeeping, you are in luck, as a workshop will take place in Naas next month.

Lauded by the Kildare Local Enterprise Office, the workshop, which will cost €15, aims to "provide participants with an understanding of bookkeeping requirements to satisfy preparation tax returns to Revenue".

According to the organisers, this event is ideal "for start-ups and early-stage entrepreneurs who are not yet using any accounting packages".

The workshop will take place in the MERITS building in Naas (W91 FE8V) on May 29, 2025.

It will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Lunch will be provided.
