Kildare Wildlife Rescue (KWR) has officially announced its third annual Biodiversity Conference, which will take place in Newbridge.
Revealing the news via a social media post, KWR said that it is "delighted" to bring the information event (which follows the first two conferences in 2023 and 2024 respectively) back to the people of Kildare.
"The last few years have been a huge success, uniting groups and individuals in the fight for biodiversity," the group said. "This year, we are adding a second day dedicated to wildlife rehabilitation and veterinary care of Irish Wildlife.
"We are thrilled to bring this opportunity together for wildlife rehabilitators and veterinary professionals from around Ireland."
KWR added: "We thank Kildare County Council for their partnership and support for this wonderful event with funding from the Local Biodiversity Action Fund. Stay tuned for more details."
The third annual Biodiversity Conference featuring KWR will take place over Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19, 2025.
It will once again be held inside the Keadeen Hotel.
The event will also be supported by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
