Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a small scale residential development of four houses at Dunmurray Road, Kildare Town, Kildare R51 W326.
The €849k plans consist of the sub-division of an existing site and the construction of the development consisting of three three-bedroom storey and half dwellings and one single storey two-bedroom dwelling .
There will also be shared car parking to the front of site, and individual bin storage and bicycle parking to each dwelling.
Vehicular access will be via an existing entrance with minor alterations to same to accommodate the new development.
The plans include connection to existing mains services, all associated site drainage, landscaping and ancillary site works.
Planning permission was granted on March 28 2025.
