A change of use is being sought for a dental surgery facility located in North Kildare.

Applicants Brendan and Denise Glass intend to make the changes to Ryebank House, which is situated on the Dublin Road in Maynooth.

Specifically, according to the description of the application, the pair are seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council for the change of use from a dental surgery to a "one-bed apartment to the first floor existing extension".

The applicants are also seeking permission for the "inclusion of an access roof hatch", along with a new bathroom to the first floor of the premises.

In addition, the application notes that Ryebank House is a Protected Structure.

The date received on the application is listed as March 24 last.

The submission-by and due dates are listed as April 27 and May 18 respectively.
