A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on 14/02/2025 by M&M Prestige Door Limited for an office/warehouse development at Rathangan Industrial Estate, Rathangan, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the proposed development consists of:

Construction of a new detached two storey office / warehouse building. New building to consist of office and storage spaces with ancillary circulation / welfare facilities.

New car parking layout within the existing development site to facilitate new building requirements in addition to the current building.

New surface water drainage measures to include sustainable urban drainage system to cater for all surface water generated from the new and existing development.
