A development of 62 apartments are being planned in Maynooth.
The €15m development is proposed for beside Lidl on the Mullen Park Road.
Being planned are 31 2-bed apartments, 30 1-bed Apartments and one 1-bed studio apartment
The properties will be contained in five 3-storey blocks.
Also planned are 124 bicycle parking spaces, 64 surface car parking spaces and five out buildings for bin and bicycle storage.
Landscaping works also included in the plans.
