Kildare gardaí seize horsebox from motorist serving two driving bans
The driver has been summonsed to court
Gardaí in County Kildare have seized a horsebox from a motorist who is serving two driving bans.
As explained by the official An Garda Síochána Kildare profile on Facebook: “Who’s bringing the horse to France? Certainly not this driver!
“Monasterevin gardaí stopped this horsebox after spotting issues with the vehicle and discovered the driver was serving two active driving disqualifications.”
The profile added that the horsebox has been seized and the driver has been summonsed to court.
An Garda Síochana Kildare concluded by issuing the following warning: “Driving while disqualified puts everyone at risk — including the horse.”
