The way has been cleared for construction to begin on a new vet's clinic.
Kildare County Council granted planning permission in November for the facility Kilcock.
It's understood that an appeal lodged in early December was later withdrawn, according to Construction Information Services.
Highfield Veterinary Group sought approval for the change of use of an existing commercial / retail unit to a veterinary clinic.
The cost of the project is estimated to be over €150,000.
The facility will be located in Millennium House, Kilcock.
