Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for a development of 11 new homes in Ballymore Eustace.
The project, earmarked for the Oliver Plunkett Road in the village, has an estimated construction value of €1.7m.
Approval has also been given for the demolition of a derelict shed on the site, according to database, BuildingInfo.
