OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

To support the sales team, the logistics manager. The overall management of the factory shop here in the Newbridge. Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Sales Support: Main support for account manager for sales order processing, account maintenance, stock control & telesales.

Corporate Support: Help support sales team to develop corporate customers. Provide sales quotations ensuring accurate information is provided in a timely manner.

Logistics support: Support the logistics mangers in all area as and when needed.

Factory Shop: To oversee and manage this area in conjunction with the sales manager to drive sales and ensure that all procedures are carried out to include merchandising, pricing, reports, stocktaking and order processing. At seasonal times this will be your priority.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Provide support and guidance to team members as and when required

• Retail experience essential to include customer service, merchandising, stock control & cash management / reconciliation

• Ability to work cross functionally in the areas above and with a number of teams in the business

• Flexible, energetic, with an outgoing personality

• High levels of initiative and accuracy

• Ability to work to targets and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English essential

• SAP & Lisa working knowledge desirable but not essential

• Computer skills, Word and Excel knowledge essential
